The following candidates are eligible who possess:
| Resident: | Applicants must be resident of respective ONGC work centre areas |
| Education: | must have passed class 10th from a recognised board. ITI certificate in the related field from a NCVT or SCVT approved institute. Aspirants who have diploma can also apply. |
| Age group: | 18-24 years as on November 2025. Relaxation is provided to ST/SC upto 5 years OBC upto 3 years and PwBD upto 10-15 on the basis of category. |
