Educational Qualification:

1.  Trainee Officer-I:

• Full-time CA / ICWA / MBA.

     2. Trainee Engineer-I:

• B.E. / B.Tech / Telecommunication/ Electronics & Telecommunication.

    3. Project Officer:

• Full-time MBA / MSW / PGDM HR.

     4. Project Engineers.

•  Full-time BE/ B.Tech from any recognized university.
•  Electronics/ Electronic & Communication/Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Information Science.

   5. Trainee Engineer-I/ Project Engineer-1/Trainee Officer-I for Kotdwara Unit:

•  MBA 
• B.E. / B.Tech engineering graduate.

Experience level:

1.  Trainee Officer-I: Minimum 01 years of experience in relevant qualifications.
2. Trainee Engineer-I: 04 years of experience in B.Sc in engineering.
3. Project Officer-I:  02 years of full-time experience.
4. Project Engineers: Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant qualifications.

Age Limit :

1. Trainee officer-I and Trainee Engineer-I, the age limit is 25 years.
2. The Project officer-I, the age limit is 28 years.
3. Project Engineers-I, the age limit is 32 years.
4. Project Engineer-I, the age limit is 28 years.
5. Trainee Engineer-I, the age limit is 25 years.
6. Trainee officer-I, the age limit is 25 years.

Payscale:

1. Project officer-I – Rs. 35,000-50,000.
2. Trainee officer-I/ Trainee Engineer-I- Rs. 25,000-Rs. 31,000. 
3. Trainee Engineer-I/ Project Engineer-1/Trainee Officer-I for Kotdwara Unit –  Rs. 35,000-50,000.

Application Fee:

1.     Project Engineers:

•  The application fee for the General and OBC category is Rs. 500/-
• No application fee for SC/ST and PWD categories.

     2. Trainee Engineer-I/ Project Engineer-1/Trainee Officer-I for Kotdwara Unit:

• The application fee for Trainee Engineer-I and Trainee Officer-I is Rs. 500/-
• The application fee for the project Engineers is Rs. 200/-
