The result for Banaras Hindu University (BHU) is out for the undergraduate entrance test (UET). The wait of the students for the result of this examination is over now. The results have been announced for the B.com/B.sc (Hons) relevant courses. Those candidates who have appeared for this examination and want to know the result can check their results on bhuoniline.in.
The results for other courses in UET have been already announced on September 30 and for the postgraduate entrance examination, the results were released on September 26.
Based on this result, the students who have qualified will be called for the next rounds to complete the admission process. After the result of the written test, a combined merit list will be released adding the marks of group discussion and interview.
The weightage which will be given for group discussion and interview will be 20 percent of the total marks of the written test.

Seats will be allotted to qualified candidates based on merit. If there is a tie in the marks then a candidate who has got more marks in the written exam will be given the preference and then also if the tie continues then the candidate having more marks in the subject applied will be given preference and then the candidate having more age will be given the preference to break the tie.
