Nationality:
- Indian Citizens
- Subjects of Nepal/Bhutan
- Tibetan Refugees who arrived before 1 January 1962
- Persons of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Burma, and select African/Asian countries (with eligibility certificate issued by the Government of India)
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent
Age Limit (as on 01/07/2025):
- Minimum: 20 years
- Maximum: 28 years

- Click on New Registration and enter your basic details (name, email, mobile number)
- Note down the generated Registration Number & Password
- Fill in the application form carefully and verify all details
- Upload required documents (photo and signature)
- Pay the application fee:
- General/OBC/EWS: ₹800 + GST
- SC/ST/PwBD: ₹175 + GST
- Submit the application and save/print the confirmation page for reference

The written exam will be conducted online and consist of multiple-choice questions. It will be bilingual (English & Hindi), except for the English section.
