PSCB Recruitment 2021/ Educational qualification:

Educational Eligibility Criteria for Senior Manager:

1. Postgraduate with 50% of marks from any recognized university. OR,
2. MFC/MBA with 50% of marks from any recognized university. OR,
3. Chartered Accountant (CA). OR,
4. Graduate with 50% of marks from any recognized university, OR CAIIB (both parts).
5. The candidate must have passed the Punjabi language of the matric standard.

Educational Eligibility Criteria for Manager:

1. Postgraduate with 50% of marks from any recognized university.
2. MFC/MBA with 50% of marks from any recognized university.
3. Chartered Accountant. 
4. Graduate with 50% of marks from any recognized university. OR, CAIIB (both parts).
5. The candidate must have passed the Punjabi language of the matric standard.

Educational Eligibility Criteria for Information Technology Officer:

1. 50% marks / equivalent grade in MCA/M.SC Information Technology from any recognized university. 
2. 55% marks/equivalent grade in B.E/B.Tech/B.SC  Engineering degree from any recognized university. In Computer science /Information Technology/ Electronics and Communication Engineering. 
3. The candidate must have passed the Punjabi language of matric standard.

Educational Eligibility Criteria for Clerk cum Data Entry:

1. Graduation (2nd division) any stream.
2. Post-graduation pass (any stream). 
3. Diploma certificate ( minimum 6 months ) in computer from an Institute having ISO certification.
4. The candidate must have passed the Punjabi language of Matric standard.

Educational Eligibility Criteria for Steno Typists :

1. Graduation (2nd division) any stream.
2. Post-graduation pass (any stream). 
3. Diploma certificate ( minimum 6 months ) in computer from an Institute having ISO certification.
4. The candidate must have Punjabi and English shorthand speed @80 w.p.m. and transcription @ 20 w.p.m.
5. The candidate must have passed the Punjabi language of Matric standard.

PSCB Recruitment 2021/ Experience level:

For Senior Manager :

1. Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Scale-I Officer in Public Sector Bank. 
2.  5 years of experience working as Manager/Assistant Manager in Punjab State Cooperative Bank.
3. OR, 5 years of experience working as Grade- Officer in Nabard /RBI.

NOTE: For other posts, the experience level is Not Specified.

PSCB Recruitment 2021/ Age limit:

The minimum age limit for the eligible candidate is 18 years. And the maximum age limit is 37 years.

NOTE: Age relaxation can be provided for SC/ST BC as per Government rules.

PSCB Recruitment 2021/ Application Fee:

1. The application fee for all categories is Rs 1400, except SC.
2. The application fee for the SC category is Rs 700.

PSCB Recruitment 2021/ Exam Pattern:

To pass the written examination candidate have passed with at least 40% of marks for all categories. For SC categories candidates need to pass with 35%. Below you can check the subjects and marks division:

PSCB Recruitment 2021/ How to apply:

1.  Firstly, visit their official website @pscb.in.
2. Click at ‘New Registration Button. After that fill in with your E-mail id and password login for verifying.
3. After verifying, log in using your E-mail Id.
4. Fill in all the asked details like father’s name, DOB, domicile, your permanent address  ETC.
5. After that upload your photo and signature image. The image should be in jpeg format.
6. Fill up all the academic details such as your university, board name, ETC.
7. Then select the post for which you want to apply. A candidate can apply for a different post with the same login Id.
8. Pay for the application fee online. An SMS will be sent for successful payment.
9. Make a printout of your form and payment receipt.

PSCB Recruitment 2021/ Selection process:

1. The selection shall be entirely on written. There will be no interview round.
2. There shall be a shorthand English and Punjabi skill test for the role of Steno typists, apart from the written test.
