The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has released the provisional answer key for the Combined State Civil / Upper Subordinate Services Preliminary Examination 2025, which was conducted on 29 June 2025. Candidate can download answers keys from all sets (A, B, C, D) and can submit objection if any, results would be declared soon based on final key.

Go to the official website of UKPSC, psc.uk.gov.in (or ukpsc.net.in)
Click on “Answer Key” in the Announcements section
Click on the link : “Combined State Civil/Upper Subordinate Services Prelims 2025 – Answer Key”
Select your booklet set (A, B, C or D) and download as PDF
To object : login as a candidate, pay ₹50 per objection, and upload supporting evidence before the deadline.
Eligibility Criteria for UKPSC PCS 2025
Educational Qualification | Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university |
Age Limit | 21 to 42 years as on 1 July 2025 (relaxation applicable to reserved categories as per state rules) |
Nationality | Indian citizen |

UKPSC PCS Recruitment Process
The UKPSC PCS Recruitment is held in 3 major stages:
Preliminary Examination (Objective Type)
Paper I – General Studies (150 marks, merit qualifying)
Paper II – General Aptitude (150 marks, qualifying only for 33%)
The only marks that are considered to shortlist for the Mains Exam is Paper I.
Main Examination (Descriptive)
Languages: General Hindi, Essay, General Studies I, II & III
Optional subjects: 1 optional subject with two papers
Interview for the qualifying exam only.
Personality Test / Interview – 100 Marks
Final selection is done based on Mains + Interview.
